MARANATHA IS THE MOTHER CHURCH Located in Ario de Rosales and situated next to the Bible Institute. Maranatha began 14 years ago in a little store front with seven people sharing the Word by candlelight. Today, it has grown in size and Spirit to become a fountain of hope for many seeking change and new life.

The little rustic churches in the Pueblito “Dr. Miguel Silva” and Naranjo de Jorullo soon followed. Then the church in Opopeo.. a beautiful wooden fortress, styled after the typical Indian “troje”. During the past eight years, churches have been built on the Island of Janitzio, in Tzurumutaro, Santa Fe de la Laguna and Jasmin & Catarina, Gro., Zacapu and Santiago Azajo. There are nine churches in the state of Oaxaca. Little missions that will soon become churches are supported in San Martin, San Jose de la Nota, Ihuatzio, Patzcuaro, Zirahuen, and Churumuco. There are twenty-six churches and missions spread through South Central Mexico. The churches are embraced by beautiful men and women of God under the pastoral guidance of Dr. John.
