DR. KENNETH SALYER, an international renowned cranial-facial surgeon of Dallas, Texas, availed his expertise on two occasions. Jose Cabrera suffered as a child because of nicknames associated with his facial deformity. He refused to attend school. After Dr. Salyer’s surgery, Jose’s life changed. Today, he is enrolled in high school with his sights set on a career as a lawyer.
